A Busy Start to the Summer

It's been a busy few months at Gray & Sons, with a healthy workload across a variety of projects. As demand continues, we're making sure we have the right people in place to maintain the quality and service our clients expect.

As part of that commitment, we're pleased to welcome three new apprentices to the business this month – two apprentice joiners and one apprentice decorator. They'll be working alongside our experienced team, gaining practical skills while contributing to projects from day one.
Investing in apprentices is an important part of our approach. Not only does it help develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople, but it also ensures we're continuing to build a strong team for the future.

Alongside growing our workforce, we're continuing to strengthen relationships with clients, suppliers and partners. Good communication and trusted working relationships are key to delivering projects efficiently and supporting the steady growth of the business.
