Continuous Progression at Gray & Sons

At Gray & Sons, we’re passionate about continuous development in all aspects of our business, from the services we offer to the growth and progression of our talented team. Our focus on growing as a team and business ensures that we are always evolving to better meet the needs of our clients.

In line with growing our team, we first bid farewell to Emma Jackson, who has moved on to pastures new. Emma’s contributions to the team have been invaluable, and we wish her every success in her new career path. 

Taking over in the Accounts & Payroll department is Katie Pinkney. Katie is already proving to be a fantastic addition to the team, and we look forward to seeing her continue to make a positive impact as we continue to grow and improve our operations.

In line with our ongoing commitment to team development and best practices, we are delighted to share that Craig Etches, our Site Manager, and George Steel, our Apprentice Joiner, have both received their Environmental Awareness Certificates. A standard requirement for all construction operatives, this course provides the resource and information about environmental management systems, waste management, pollution prevention, and best practices for sustainable construction, equipping our team with the required knowledge to minimise environmental impact and reminding them of their responsibilities towards site waste in the environment.  

From expanding our team, to continuous learning, we always keep improvement and innovation at the forefront of what we do, and we look forward to developing our workforce further.
