It's That Time of The Year Again!
As 2025 comes to an end, it feels like the perfect time to look back on what a great year it’s been at Gray & Sons. From growing and strengthening our team to delivering standout projects across the country, the past twelve months have been busy, exciting, and incredibly rewarding.
Team Growth & Development
This year, we welcomed Katie Pinkney to our accounts and payroll team, along with apprentice joiners Lucas Holdcroft and Charlie Proctor. They’ve already brought fresh energy and made a real impact, and we can’t wait to see what they bring in 2026 onwards.
Professional development also remained at the forefront. Craig Etches earned his Environmental Awareness Certificate, strengthening our commitment to responsible working, while Emily Smith, Ryan Parker and Craig Easton all completed their SMSTS (Site Managers Safety Training Scheme) qualifications, reinforcing our focus on safety and strong site leadership.
Giving Back
We were especially proud to be part of the first-ever Isaac Teal Memorial Cup. Over 100 friends, family and supporters came together for a fantastic day of rugby in Isaac’s honour, raising £4,000 for Weston Park Cancer Charity and celebrating with a great 52–14 win.
Project Highlights
2025 saw the delivery of an exciting and diverse range of projects, including:
- New JD Sports stores across the UK
- Completion of an 18-month redevelopment at Dale Care Home
- A safe and relaxing space for students at The King’s School, Pontefract
- Airport retail fitouts such as the LEGO Store and Victoria’s Secret
- Two new beauty and wellness stores: Pureseoul at the Trafford Centre and Superdrug in Wirral

These achievements reflect the hard work and dedication of our team, and we’re incredibly proud of everything we’ve delivered and achieved in 2025.
