UK Veterinary Rollout Gains Momentum

At Gray & Sons, we are proud to announce the successful completion of multiple projects for Independent Veterinary Centres (IVC) across the UK, delivered in collaboration with MAC Consultants, who are supporting the projects as the property management team. This marks the beginning of an exciting and ongoing partnership.

Works have now been completed at practices in Sidcup, Welling, Great Barr, Basingstoke and Abbeymoor, delivering tailored improvements to meet the specific operational needs of each location.

The scope of work has (and will continue to) vary from site to site, showcasing our versatility and expertise. Projects so far have ranged from basic redecoration and new flooring installations to window replacements, bespoke X-ray doors, partitioning, fire door upgrades and full internal fit-outs. Each project has been delivered with careful consideration of the unique clinical and regulatory requirements of veterinary environments.

With works currently underway in Hull, Spalding, Midforest and Barnsley, and many more already on the books, the rollout is set to continue at pace throughout 2026.
