Victoria's Secret Ready for Takeoff

At Gray & Sons, we’re excited to share the successful completion of a new Victoria’s Secret store, located in the main departure lounge of Luton Airport. This project was delivered in collaboration with global travel retail leader Avolta (World Duty Free).

With extensive experience in retail fit-outs, including in airports, our team delivered the project on time and to the highest of standards, working efficiently and safely within the airport’s strict operational constraints.

The scope of the project included installing new partition walls, custom display units, fitting rooms, a point-of-sale area, and a back-of-house storage room. Every detail was carefully designed to align with the brand and client’s vision, while also keeping in mind the practical demands of a busy airport environment, ensuring the space is easy to navigate.

Moving away from the brand’s traditionally darker interiors, this store also features a brighter, more inviting atmosphere that aligns with the overall aesthetic of the airport.
